Jugal Himal situated north east of Kathmandu is a fantastic trek through the remote traditional Tamang settlements and dense forests. We commence our journey from Kathmandu to Chautara which takes about five hours. Then we ascend a series terraced and forested ridges. The trek towards the holy lakes named, "Panch Pokhari" (five lakes), situated at 14,000 ft., is its another breathtaking attraction. Enjoy the tranquility of trails that offer superb mountain views, green Himalayan ranges, and running rivers with water falls. Only a few camping trekkers visit this region because lodge or other shelter facilities are not available. This trek is special for trekkers who would prefer not to meet many other tourists or spend time in crowded villages.

 

Itinerary

Day 01 : Arrival & transfer to hotel.

Day 02 : Prepare for trekking o/n hotel.

Day 03 : Early morning drive to Melamchi o/n camp.

Day 04 : Trek to Kakani

Day 05 : Trek to Sermathang

Day 06 : Trek to Yangri Khola

Day 07 : Trek to Mulabari

Day 08 : Trek to Nursampati

Day 09 : Trek to Panch Pokhari

Day 10 : Day hike

Day 11 : Trek to Bheri Kharka

Day 12 : Trek to Hile

Day 13 : Trek to Okrin Danda

Day 14 : Trek and drive to Kathmandu. Transfer to the hotel.

Day 15 : Day free in kathmandu o/n hotel

Day 16 : Transfer to airport for onwards destination.

Cost included : Airport / Hotel / Airport pick up & drop off by car / Van / Bus. 4 nights accommodation with breakfast at Tourist standard hotel in Kathmandu. Meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) with Tea & coffee during the trek. Fully camping trek as per itinerary above. An experience trek Guide (trained by Ministry of tourism), Rute man, Kitchen crews, necesary porters their food, accommodation, salary, insurance, equipments trek crews. National Park permit. Tourist service charge, Vat.

Cost not included : Travel insurance. International air fare to Nepal. Items of a personal nature such as alcoholic drinks, personal clothes. cold drinks, laundry. Rescue charge if applicable.Meals in Kathmandu axecpt the accomaditon on BB Plan.Tips for trekking staffs, driver etc.
