Day 01 : Arrival & transfer to hotel.

Day 02 : Prepair for Tibet o/n hotel.

Day 03 : Fly to Tibet Transfer to - Lhasa , Hotel

Day 04 : Potala Palace , Jokhang, Barkhor, Hotel

Day 05 : Tibet Museum , Sera, Norbulinka, Hotel

Day 06 : Lhasa-Damxung, Hotel

Day 07 : Trek, Camp;

Day 08 :Trek, Camp;

Day 09 : Trek to Namtso and Tashi-dor; Camp;

Day 10 : Drive to Reting and Dregung Gampa, Guesthouse;

Day 11 : Drive to Ganden Monastery; then return to Lhasa , Hotel;

Day 12 : From Lhasa to Shigatse, Tashilhumpo Monastery, Hotel

Day 13 : Shigatse-Gyangtse-Palkhor Monastery-Lake Yamdrok-Lhasa, Hotel;

Day 14 : Transfer to airport for Departure & arrive Kathmandu transfer to hotel.

Day 15 : Day free in Kathmandu on hotel.

Day 16 : Transfer to airport for onwards destination.

Cost included : Hotel accommodation in Kathmandu (as per itinerary, 3 star rating standard, B&B, twin share basis), airport transfers, full compliment of trekking crew, all meals while on trek (except alternative by choice), all necessary camping gear (including sleeping bag, down jacket), overland transportation, National Park Fees, trekking crew insurance, emergency first aid kit.

Cost not included : Extra hotel expenses, single room supplement where requested, any personal expenses (bottled soft drinks, telephone charges, video/camera fees, etc.), domestic and international airfares, medical costs (except medical attention given by trek leader), rescue charges, tips for crew (typically around NRp100 per trekking day), airport departure tax (currently NRp1100 for international destinations), Visas and visa extension costs, lunch and evening meals while in Kathmandu (except Namaste meal on first night)
