Baruntse is a four-peak mountain in eastern Nepal, flanked on the south by the Hunku Glacier, on the east by the Barun Glacier, and on the northwest by the Imja Glacier.The peak is framed by some of the world's tallest peaks, including Everest, Lhotse, and Makalu to the north and Makalu to the south.
